Experience Glasgow Food & Drink
Experience Glasgow Food & Drink is an extension of Experience Glasgow, the umbrella organisation for the tourism and hospitality sector in Glasgow.
In response to the pandemic, Experience Glasgow set out to formally establish a Regional Food Group for the city to champion the interests of both the supplier (producers/manufacturers) and demand side (hospitality and residents), working towards better outcomes for our communities, businesses and the city.
We aim to aid the recovery of our key sectors by aiming to:
- Bridge the gap between suppliers and buyers – providing opportunities to collaborate, share and do business;
- Raise profile of the sector, including local producers/growers/manufacturers and hospitality businesses;
- Support to grow your customer base through the development of authentic bookable food and drink experiences for locals and visitors;
- Help businesses to operate more sustainably and profitably;
- Add value – by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, energy and increase the profitability of your businesses.
