In light of the ‘Raise a Glass’ campaign, launched in conjunction with ‘World Milk Day 2017’ (1st June), we bring your attention to ‘Made by Cow’, an Australian company who have been making headlines following the launch of their cold-pressed raw milk. Through innovation in pasteurising technique, the company have sought to create an alternative which may posit a potentially revolutionising impact on the production of milk. Since its launch in 2016, the company has grown to become a supplier to 394 retailers across Australia.
