Hear Rhian Thomas, Head of Shopper Insight, and Nishel Theophanous, Shopper Solutions Analyst, at IGD discuss shopper behaviours such as shopping missions and channel usage. The webinar will cover a number of other areas including attitudes towards brands, value, promotions and one of the key trends; health and nutrition.

Head of Shopper Insight
Rhian joined IGD at the start of 2015. She leads ShopperVista research as well as managing bespoke research projects. An expert in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Prior to working for IGD she managed the Customer Insight Team at B&Q. Rhian has completed her MRS Diploma in Market and Social Research Practice.
Shopper Solutions Analyst
Nishel has a strong consumer research background. She has responsibility for IGD’s bespoke shopper research projects and has delivered a number of recent projects focused on channel shifts and the impact of Covid-19.
